Moroccan red quartz is a highly sought-after, naturally colored variety of quartz crystal defined by its vibrant brick-red to deep orange-red hues. Unlike most red quartz variants from other global locations that feature internal hematite flecks, Moroccan specimens are unique because they typically exhibit a thick, lustrous layer of iron oxide growth right over the primary clear quartz crystals.
