Moctezuma agate is a rare banded agate from Chihuahua Mexico. They are largely known for their fine pastel colors, like pink, orange, yellow and cream. It was mined out in the early 1970's, making it a valuable collectible.
Typically these are smaller nodules and geodes are even rarer. This specimen has a fine face polish and the rest of the nodule is left raw. It reflects light beautifully and will make an amazing specimen for your agate collection.
