AAA Grade Russian Charoite Slabs. We graded these slabs based on the dark purple color and very minor to zero inclusions. Only about 10% of all Charoite slabs can be graded AAA and when you get slabs with a tiny almost 0% Aegririne or Tinaksite they are truly special. Russian Charoite is a rare, vibrant violet-to-purple metamorphic silicate mineral found exclusively in the Sakha Republic of Siberia, Russia, near the Chara River. Known for its unique swirling, fibrous appearance, it is often called "charoite jade" or "lilac stone," frequently featuring black aegirine or orange tinaksite inclusions.
