Shipping policy

Processing Time Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Print-on-demand items (apparel, drinkware, and custom merch) may take an additional 3–7 business days to produce before shipping.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days for standard shipping after fulfillment.

International Shipping We ship to 55+ countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 10–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at nerds@rckhnd.com and we'll help investigate.

Fragile Items Rock specimens, minerals, and crystals are carefully packed to minimize breakage. In the rare event of shipping damage, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
