Wiggins Fork petrified wood is a type of agate-replaced fossilized wood found primarily along the Wiggins Fork River near Dubois, Wyoming. This petrified wood comes from the Wiggins Fork Formation and often appears as a limb cast, where the internal wood grain is not preserved, but it is valued for its patterns and colors. It is known for being durable and beautiful, with pieces sometimes showing moss agate features! This specimen will make an amazing addition to anyone's agate display.
